Session Details

  • Long Run: Slow paced long run, suitable for any ability. We will plan the route based on who turns up
  • C25k: Couch to 5k, our sessions for beginners.
  • Progression Run: Each mile is faster than the previous, run around a local loop so people can finish and return to the centre when they reach thier limit.
  • Paarlauf Session: running alternate laps as pairs.

Other News

Wednesday Sessions with Sam will resume in June. 
Also C25K group are targeting a graduation when parkrun resumes in June, followed by a progression to 10k sessions
